We currently ship within Saudi Arabia only.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

Other Cities: 2–5 business days

Remote Areas: 5–7 business days
Delivery times may vary during holidays, high-demand seasons, or due to courier delays.
4. Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location.
5. Cash on Delivery (COD)
If COD is available, additional service charges may apply depending on the courier provider.
6. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been shipped, we will send you:

A WhatsApp/email update with the courier details
You can track your parcel using the courier’s website or contact their customer service.
7. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
Please make sure your shipping address is accurate.

If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.

If your package is lost or arrives damaged:
